The mission of the Sales, Customer and Public Relations Department (CCRP) consists of the following activities:
- Management and follow-up of tenders and submissions;
- Management of subcontractors and external experts
- Monitoring of commercial offers
- Monitoring of competition
- Marketing development: brochures, website, etc.
Missions of the Administrative, Financial, Procurement and Logistics Service (AFAL)
The Administrative, Financial, Procurement and Logistics Department (AFAL) is responsible for:
- Management of Human Resources.
- Accounting and financial management.
- Procurement Management
- Management of the logistics.
Works, Infrastructure and Technical Assistance Department (OIAT)
The Works, Infrastructure and Technical Assistance Department (OIAT) has the mission to carry out, monitor and develop, under the supervision of the Directorate-General and in perfect synergy with the other technical departments, studies and engineering and project management services in all areas of its technical competence, namely:
- The design of hydraulic structures and related engineering construction, falling within the framework of hydraulic engineering studies for watercourses, lakes or maritime development;
- Various infrastructure studies: flood mitigation, water supply networks, roads, industrial platforms, etc.
- Development studies of industrial and urban projects.
- Work management and control, Technical Assistance for the work under its jurisdiction.
Climate, Hydrology and Water Resources Department (CHRE)
The mission of the Climate, Hydrology and Water Resources Department (CHRE) is to carry out, monitor and develop, under the supervision of the Directorate-General and in perfect synergy with the other technical departments, studies and engineering and project management services in all areas of its technical competence, namely:
- Spatial modelling and geophysical and related data management, including mapping and GIS.
- Climate studies and modelling
- Hydrological and hydrogeological studies and modelling;
- General studies on water resources;
- Research and development activities in the field of climate, environment and water;
Environment, Sustainable Development and Sectoral Studies Department (EDDS)
The Department of Environment, Sustainable Development and Sectoral Studies (EDDS) has the mission to carry out, monitor and develop, under the supervision of the Directorate-General and in perfect synergy with the other technical departments, studies and engineering and project management services in all areas of its technical competence, namely:
- Studies on ecosystems and natural environment quality, including the quality of water resources and the reuse of treated wastewater
- Field measurement and survey campaigns in hydrology, environment and related issues;
- Environmental studies and assessments, including environmental impact assessments;
- Rural engineering: agricultural studies, irrigation works, erosion control, soil conservation, ecosystem restoration, etc.
- General and sectoral studies;
- Socio-economic surveys and studies;
- Institutional and legal studies;
